Physicochemical properties
Appearance: Colorless transparent oily liquid
Purity: ≥ 98.5%
P-toluidine: ≤ 0.7%
O-toluidine: ≤ 0.1%
Moisture content: ≤ 0.3%
Usage: Used as an intermediate for cationic dyes and color film developers
Chemical properties: m-toluidine gradually turns brown when exposed to light or oxidized in air. Generate salts with acid. Other properties are the same as aniline.
Storage precautions: Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Stay away from sources of fire and heat. The packaging requires sealing and must not come into contact with air.
